Palton Morgan caters for all their staff from sales team members right through to Executives; providing high-end training to their Executives from Harvard Business School and structured training for Sales Team members. We believe that the development of our people is central to our success and as a result, we have several programmes to help them deepen their business understanding and expertise.
Palton Morgan has successfully seen 7 Executive Team Members graduate from Business Leadership, Management Essentials, Strategy Execution and Financial Management training. Similarly, they have recently sent all sales staff on the first of many trainings by Ultravantage; meant to further develop sales skills, soft skills and product knowledge. Palton Morgan recognizes that as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic, there have been changes to the way Sales Team members should deal with potential clients; always considering how new products serve customers during this time as well as what features could be used to tackle these new challenges.
