Palton Morgan Holdings, the top luxury real estate company in Lagos and Nigeria, celebrates the graduation of two scholars it sponsored through five full years of secondary education at Greensprings School, with both scholars completing their studies with distinctions.
The graduation marks the culmination of a long-term commitment that began five years ago, when Palton Morgan Holdings undertook to fund the education of two young scholars from Greensprings School under the Palton Morgan CSR Programme. On 18 June 2026, that investment came full circle as both scholars walked away not only with distinction diplomas that placed them among the top performers of their set, but with reward prizes.
The two scholars were identified and selected in partnership with the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB), the government agency working to ensure that every child has access to quality basic education regardless of economic or physical circumstance. The Director, Co-curricular Department of LASUBEB, Mrs Folasade Abass, welcomed the initiative warmly. “This partnership represents the kind of private-sector support the education sector in Lagos State needs. I’m happy that the private sector is coming up to support students, especially from vulnerable homes,” she said. “This is a laudable program, and I want to say thank you to Palton Morgan Holdings.”
For Palton Morgan Holdings, the achievement is more than an academic success story. The four months spent identifying the top-performing students and selecting the best for this program were crucial. Palton Morgan Holdings is not only investing in these students to become shining stars, but also in the future of Africa. It is the realization of a belief that has guided the company’s approach to community engagement: that giving back is most powerful when it is sustained, personal, and aimed at the long term.

Speaking on the milestone, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Palton Morgan Holdings, Adeyinka Adesope, described the graduation as one of the company’s proudest moments. “When we committed to these two scholars five years ago, we were not simply paying school fees; we were investing in human potential,” Adeyinka said. “To watch them graduate with distinctions today is a profound joy. It affirms our conviction that when you give a young person the right opportunity and stand by them, there is no limit to what they can achieve. This is the kind of legacy we are building.”
The Palton Morgan CSR Programme reflects a broader philosophy at the heart of the company. As a developer that has built its reputation on premium residential and commercial landmarks across Nigeria, Palton Morgan Holdings frames its role as one of building communities and investing in the future. Education is a part of that vision. By investing in the academic journeys of young people, the company extends its commitment to national development beyond the property market and into the lives of the next generation.

That commitment, the company says, does not end here. The graduation of its first two scholars is intended as a foundation rather than a conclusion, part of a continuing investment in education and youth development as a pillar of the company’s corporate social responsibility. As the two graduates move on to the next chapter of their lives, carrying their distinctions and their potential into higher education and beyond, they do so as the first of what Palton Morgan Holdings hopes will be many young people whose futures it helps to shape.
Palton Morgan Holdings does not want to stop here. The company wants to continue doing more of such activities with relevant industries as part of its CSR programme.
