Adenike Ibrahim is a seasoned business professional with impeccable dedication to her work. Adenike joined Palton Morgan Holdings Limited as a Marketing Executive in June 2011. In February 2018, she was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director for Paltonloitte & Associates (a subsidiary of Palton Morgan Holdings). In October 2021, she became the Group Head, Channel Partnership Department and was promoted to Deputy Commercial Director, Propertymart in February 2023. Today, in her current role as Regional Director, Propertymart, Adenike has established a reputation for building world-class teams and aligning business metrics to support business strategy and high growth.

Before joining Palton Morgan, Adenike held previous roles at Access Bank and Wema Bank where she built a strong understanding of various markets and still uses that to the advantage of the company. Adenike graduated from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro after studying Business Studies and Marketing. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Business School Netherlands. Among many positions, Adenike is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing and holds certificates from Havard Business School, University of Central Missouri and Lagos Business School.

Ngozi Onyenobi is distinguished by her ability to identify and leverage financial opportunities for corporate expansion. She is a dynamic Business Development professional with a leading–edge perspective in the 21st Century marketplace on Investment and Wealth Management with a particular focus on the African market.

With a career history spanning over 24 years, she has leveraged well-earned expertise and insights into Banking & Finance experience covering Retail banking, Commercial banking, Private banking/Wealth Management, and navigating through the very unique commercialized Nigerian financial market. Ngozi can be described as driven and result-oriented. Her cheerful and energetic nature compliments the successful and high-profile business relationships she has built for companies she has worked for.

In her current role at Palton Morgan Holdings as Director of Business Development & Investment Group, she is responsible for the marketing and sales strategies of the company products and services tailored for the High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

A graduate of Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Calabar. Ngozi began her banking career in 2000 at Standard Trust Bank and quickly rose through the ranks at other organizations such as Zenith Bank, Access Bank, First Bank, and Coronation Merchant Bank and was also the Vice President of the Wealth Management Group at Norrenberger Financial Group before joining Palton Morgan Holdings.

Richard Nzubechukwu A., Head of Customer Care and Handover, brings over 12 years of experience in the Telecommunication Industry to his role. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria, Richard has honed his skills in Customer Relationship Management and Electronic Top-up Management.

Starting his career as a Journalist at The Vanguard Newspapers, he transitioned to various roles at Globacom Nigeria Limited, showcasing exceptional leadership and versatility. From Customer Care Executive to Manager of Electronic Top-Up Sales, he has demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, Business Development, and Stakeholder Engagement. Committed to customer-centricity, he continually enhances his skills through training and workshops in Leadership and Customer Relationship Management.

Kunle Ajiboye understands the need to balance risks and inventory decisions to obtain an optimum level for stakeholders. His cautious and calm approach to his work has been reflected in his credibility within the industry. He is strategic in thinking and has been able to properly communicate, coordinate and administer policies for risks to his team and organizations.

He is a seasoned legal professional and compliance expert, admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He holds an LL.M. from the prestigious University of Ibadan and an International Diploma in Compliance from the University of Manchester. Kunle is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Risk & Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP).

ith extensive experience across the legal, compliance, and risk management sectors, Kunle has worked with leading financial institutions, including First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Sterling Bank Group, Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited, and Ecobank International. His roles at SimpliAlpha Consulting Limited and WNT Capitas further demonstrate his expertise in financial and management consulting.

Kunle is affiliated with several prominent professional bodies, including the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (USA), the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (USA), the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, and the Global Compliance Institute (Australia). 

A thought leader in his field, Kunle has authored multiple articles on compliance and risk. He is also credited with designing a compliance rulebook currently implemented by several financial institutions. His deep expertise and contributions continue to shape best practices across the industry.
